Mike Kelly

Mike is a wind industry veteran and lead the project design, construction and asset management efforts of Spinnaker Energy, a developer and operator of renewable energy project. Mike represents over 29 years of deep domain experience in the technology and operations areas of the wind power sector. Prior to joining Spinnaker, Mike spent 7 years with Horizon Wind. Mike was one of the members of the Horizon team from its foundation to a portfolio of more than 2,800 MW of operating projects in the US.

Mike has served as a Peer Review panelist for the US Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy program and was the recipient of AWEA’s Outstanding Achievement in Operations Award in 2000. Mike serves as independent director at the boards of Upwind Solutions, a wind industry O&M service provider and Greenward Technologies, a developer of innovative renewable energy technology.
